Why do two websites show different signs for the same birthday?+
They may be comparing different bodies or zodiac systems. A tropical Sun sign, sidereal Sun sign and sidereal Moon sign are separate results. Match the body, birth time, location, timezone and zodiac settings before deciding that a calculation disagrees.
Is an estimated noon birth time safe to treat as exact?+
No. Noon is a placeholder when a form uses it, not a recovered birth record. The rising sign and houses may be uncertain, and the Moon can cross a sign or birth-star boundary that day. Keep the uncertainty visible whenever discussing the result.
Does buying one report start a yearly subscription?+
A one-time report does not start membership renewal. Yearly membership is a separate recurring plan and includes an annual report allowance once per plan year. A complete one-time report has a seven-day app pass; a focused one-time report does not grant membership access.
Does my included annual report arrive automatically?+
You need to request it through Profile after checking the birth details. The included annual allowance is used once per plan year, and focused and complete reports share that annual slot. Check your account's available benefits before submitting a request.
Can a chart decide a health, money or relationship question for me?+
A chart can support a traditional reflection, but it cannot establish a diagnosis, investment result or another person's intentions. Keep qualified advice, consent, safety and real-world evidence central to those decisions. Ask the reading to explain its reasoning and uncertainty.
Where do I ask about a payment, cancellation or privacy concern?+
Use the contact page with the account email and a brief description. For an order, include its reference without sending full card details. Read the relevant refund, terms or privacy policy for the current wording; support can review the specific account or order.
