1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Anantrix ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the anantrix.in website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

3. Digital Services & Refund Policy

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds for digital purchases. This policy is subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in our terms or refund policy limits mandatory rights, including remedies for defective or nonconforming content or services, non-delivery, and unauthorized or duplicate charges.

Eligible EU and UK consumers generally have 14 days after the contract is concluded to withdraw from an online service or digital-content purchase, subject to applicable law. Starting access, report preparation, or a payment does not by itself remove those rights. We do not rely on an automatic withdrawal waiver.

Membership is an ongoing service. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly and Family plans renew yearly until cancelled. Cancel Apple-billed renewals in Apple subscription settings, Google Play renewals in Google Play subscriptions, and website renewals in your Anantrix account. Deleting your Anantrix account does not cancel an Apple subscription; access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Renewal cancellation is separate from a statutory withdrawal or refund request.

Reports are one-time digital purchases, prepared or supplied after payment. Any stated review or delivery time applies to the selected product. Preparation is not the same as delivery or full performance of an ongoing service. Any included app pass ends automatically without renewal charges.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal or request a refund or correction, email jay@anantrix.in with your account email, order or payment reference, and a clear statement of your request. You do not have to use a particular form. We will assess the request under applicable law and coordinate with the payment provider where required. For App Store purchases, request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple handles its refund process. Contact us for delivery, account or statutory-rights assistance. Provider procedures do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

When native purchases are offered, Apple App Store or Google Play manages store billing and refund decisions. Cancel store renewals in the store subscription settings. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty (Spiritual Nature)

The services provided by Anantrix are based on the ancient principles of Vedic Astrology (`Jyotish Shastra`).

For Entertainment & Guidance Only: All reports and advice are provided for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. You should not rely on these reports for making significant life decisions.

No Guarantee of Outcome: We do not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions. Astrology is an interpretive art, not an exact science. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (or have parental consent).
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.

Any governing-law, dispute-resolution, warranty and liability provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not remove mandatory consumer protections or your right to use a competent court or regulator where applicable law provides that right.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Anantrix and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have payment jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Varanasi accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
