1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Anantrix ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of the anantrix.in website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

3. Digital Services & Refund Policy (Strict No Refund)

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

  • Digital Nature: Our services (Astrology Reports, Matchmaking Analysis, Tarot Readings, Timelines) are 100% digital and intangible.
  • Immediate Performance: Upon purchase, the calculation and generation process begins immediately. By clicking "Pay" or "Purchase", you acknowledge that performance of the contract has begun.
  • Waiver of Withdrawal Rights (EU/UK): If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the digital content is provided or the service has begun.
  • NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital services once the order is processed. We do not offer refunds for "inaccurate" predictions as astrology is subject to interpretation.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty (Spiritual Nature)

The services provided by Anantrix are based on the ancient principles of Vedic Astrology (`Jyotish Shastra`).

For Entertainment & Guidance Only: All reports and advice are provided for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. You should not rely on these reports for making significant life decisions.

No Guarantee of Outcome: We do not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions. Astrology is an interpretive art, not an exact science. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (or have parental consent).
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Anantrix and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have payment jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Varanasi accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
