Refund Policy

NOTICE: This policy outlines the strict "No Refund" terms for all digital purchases made on anantrix.in. By proceeding with a purchase, you explicitly agree to these terms.

1. Digital Nature of Goods

Anantrix provides purely digital services and content, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized Vedic Astrology Reports (PDF/Digital)
  • Kundli Matchmaking Analysis
  • Tarot Readings
  • Timeline Predictions
  • Consultation Services

These are "intangible goods." Unlike physical products, they cannot be returned, restocked, or resold once generated or delivered.

2. Immediate Performance & Waiver of Rights

Upon successful payment, our systems immediately begin the calculation, generation, and processing of your personalized astrological data. This constitutes the "performance" of the contract.

For EU/UK Consumers: By clicking "Pay" or "Purchase," you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service execution. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the performance has begun.

3. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any order once it has been processed.

You are not eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: We do not refund if you decide you no longer want the report.
  • Inaccurate Birth Details: If you provide incorrect birth data (date, time, or place), the generated report will naturally be incorrect for you. We cannot refund for user error. You may contact support to see if a discount is available for a corrected report, but this is at our sole discretion.
  • Dissatisfaction with Prediction: Astrology is interpretive. If a report says something you do not like or do not agree with, this is not grounds for a refund. We are paid for the calculation and interpretation service, not for a specific outcome.
  • Unread Reports: If the report was delivered to your email or dashboard but you did not open it, the service is still considered delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in the fast-following technical scenarios:

  • Non-Delivery: If you were charged but never received the report (via email or dashboard) due to a technical error on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the exact same order.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider (bank, PayPal, etc.) for a valid purchase, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately ban your account and IP address.
  • submit evidence of your purchase, access logs, and agreement to these terms to the payment provider to contest the chargeback.
  • Pursue legal action to recover the funds and any associated fees.
