Birth-time boundaries remain visible
An exact birth time supports the ascendant and house structure. Before ordering, confirm an exact or approximate birth time in your profile. A placeholder time is not a confirmed birth time, and uncertainty should remain visible in conclusions that depend on the ascendant or houses.

No. A purchased focused or complete report covers the rolling 12 months from purchase. Check the coverage dates shown for your order. A calendar for 2027 and your personal twelve-month report answer different timing questions.
Should I request my included membership report or buy another one?
Check your available benefit first. Yearly membership includes one annual report allowance per plan year, with a focused or complete report using the same annual slot. Request an included report through Profile. A separate one-time purchase is a different order.
Should I correct my birth details before requesting the report?
Yes. Confirm your date, local time, birthplace and whether the time is exact or approximate first. The report uses a fixed chart snapshot for its evidence. If you notice an error after requesting, contact support with the order reference so they can review the next step.
